Are you tired of going it alone when it comes to building your business?
As a business owner, the goal is to keep moving forward, year after year. But there can be times when a company’s forward progress leads to a fork in the road leaving the business owner unsure which road to choose. It is not uncommon for a business to have their forward progress slow or even stop which creates a situation where the business owner must take immediate action to get back on track.
A business coach serves as both sage adviser and confidant. Through coaching, business owners gain a collaborative partner who is vested in seeing them achieve their targeted goals in a timely manner. This collaborative approach accelerates your path to success and produces a significant return on your investment.
The coaching relationship creates an environment where clients benefit from objective feedback and insight while gaining fresh perspectives on issues and opportunities facing the business. A coach offers clarity and provides accountability which helps clients stay on track and produce the results they seek.
Business owners face unique challenges which limit their potential and have specific opportunities for growth. Our coaching programs are tailored specifically to meet the individual needs of the client. No two clients are the same and our custom approach will help you define and reach the next level of success on your terms.
The coach helps the client to achieve, over a period of time, a specific or an integrative goal that they set together. This could be accomplished using a targeted approach where numerous goals achieved over a period of time produce a big result or a situational approach which would be short duration about a specific issue.

“I hired a coach because I want and need accountability. And although I consider myself focused and driven, I know I will go further faster with a coach accountable.”
A recent report by Infusionsoft and Emergent Research, Defining and Achieving Small Business Success, found that the vast majority (94 percent) of small business owners surveyed identify specific financial goals for their business and yet only 65 percent are confident they will achieve them.
This leaves 29 percent of small business owners—yes nearly one in four—who have set specific financial goals for their business, but who can’t confidently say that they will achieve them. This is where a business coach can help.
A coach will challenge you to think differently, stretching your goals. Sure, you have lofty expectations for your business, but to rebound your strategy off someone who’s walked this road before—pointing out pitfalls, areas you need to strengthen—this is invaluable. Someone with a unique, but proven, wherewithal for strategy will push you harder while also keeping your approach on course.
Coaching can improve your management and leadership skills. As your business grows, your role will evolve into a greater and greater management capacity. Coaches will help you navigate difficult business problems and decisions, and will help set a foundation early on to be able to handle some of the big, inevitable, management storms that lie ahead.
Especially in the early stages of a small business, the entire marketing strategy and effort falls on the shoulders of the business owner. Coaches can help you see what you’re not seeing. A seasoned business coach who has experience with branding, marketing strategy, and tactics can lift your sales numbers and keep you from spinning your wheels on what doesn’t work.
It doesn’t matter so much where you are now, as long as you’re clear on where you’re headed. A coach will help you address the areas of your business that need nurturing to ensure you stay on track to healthy growth. Perhaps the most important factor to staying on track is having someone to be accountable to. It’s easy to let yourself off the hook.
Change is inevitable and growth is optional. If you’ve been in business for any period of time you know the business environment grows more complex every year. Keep in mind that as your business moves through stages of growth, your key business challenges will inevitably change. Also recognize those new challenges will require changes in how you manage your business. If you want to stay competitive in the midst of growth and change, don’t be afraid to seek help along the way.
